Preparations started at 10am on 5th November, with the food delivery, and then things just kept falling into place after that. Burger and sausage delivery, fireworks display company, the band.  With the smell of barbecuing burgers, the gates opened at 6pm and in poured the crowd.   It was wonderful to see so many people from the HTL community and beyond, both past and present, having fun, enjoying the food along with the cakes supplied by the scouts.  The mulled wine finished very quickly!   Then, at 7:30pm the event began.  It was amazing.  Lots of oohs, aahhs and wows!  Twenty minutes later, what a finale!

A great night was had by all.  They raised a staggering £3122!  We will definitely be putting it to good use, buying screens for some of our classrooms.
